New Horizons
Care Centre provides trainings to different educational institutions,
staff members of NGOs, GOs, CBOs, and recovering addicts in
different life skills (i.e. problem solving, stress management,
communication etc), drug treatment, rehabilitation and prevention
activities.
Under this program NHCC has provided training to the professional
staff of various NGOs, GOs, Govt. Hospitals and educational
institutes on the subject of Drug treatment and rehabilitation,
drug abuse prevention among youth and different life skills.
Moreover, NHCC since 2004 NHCC is also offering internship courses
to M.Phil students of University of Karachi and different universities
and many students come in attached course.
There are many organizations professionalized educated by this
program specially Institute of Clinical Psychology, University
of Karachi, Kuchlak Welfare Quetta, Model Addiction treatment
& Rehab Center (MATRC) Quetta etc.
