New Horizons Care Center establised it’s one more outreach/drop in center for the follow up and aftercare of our recovering persons. This outreach/drop in center is established in the area of purani sabzimandi and inauguration ceremony was held on 11th june 2007. Mr. Muhammad Naveed Younus, Head of NHCC was the chief guest and Ex drug addicts and local community people joined the inauguration ceremony. This out reach / Drop in Centre is established by the community support groups of NHCC and it is run by volunteer Ex drug Addicts and community people.

New Horizons Care Centre is already running 15 outreach / Drop in Center actively in different areas of Karachi City and amazingly they all are run by community supports groups (CSG) and Ex Drug Addicts Support Groups voluntarily purely on humanitarian ground. They community people generate funds and bear the cost of electricity bills and other maintenance. The purpose of Outreach / Drop in Centre is to provide Pre treatment Intervention, Aftercare services and follow up to Drug Addicts and Ex Drug Addicts (Recovering Persons).

All the places for outreach/drop in centers are borrowed or funded by community except Khuda Ki basti outreach center, which is funded by Colombo Plan DAP.
